The Warwickshire, Witney Lakes and Castle Royle have each been awarded the prestigious Gold Flag at the 2026 59club UK & Ireland Service Excellence Awards 2026, recognising consistently high standards across golf, leisure and hospitality.
Presented by TV celebrity Vernon Kay at a ceremony held at Celtic Manor Resort on 26 March, the awards celebrate venues that demonstrate exceptional performance in service delivery, facilities and overall member and guest experience.
The Gold Flag is one of the highest accolades awarded by 59club and is based on the organisation’s independent mystery shopper programme. It recognises clubs that consistently deliver a high-quality experience across all areas of their operation. Several other clubs within the collection also received Silver and Bronze Flag awards.
The recognition of our clubs reflects The Club Company Collection's strong commitment to maintaining high standards, with a focus on creating welcoming environments and delivering a positive, consistent experience for members and visitors alike.
