Gerry holds 20 years’ experience in the health & wellbeing sector, joining The Club Company in February 2021 from Nuffield Health. As Membership and Product Director, her role spans everything from sales and retention to customer experience and member engagement, overseeing products within The Club Company’s multi-faceted business to offer the best possible experience for members and guests. Although not a golfer, as a very keen tennis player Gerry understands the frustration of trying to hit a small ball where you want it to go! She is also an avid runner and gym goer, once achieving a 40-minute 10km run whilst pregnant with her son.

Claire comes from an aviation background having worked for British Airways (BA) for over 20 years. For the duration of her BA career, she was first and foremost cabin crew on the worldwide (long haul) fleet out of London Heathrow. Claire has since taken on several consulting roles as well as positions in the hospitality and leisure industries. She is now responsible for The Club Company’s people function, covering recruitment, training and development and employee engagement. She also loves to play poker – she’s no good at it but enjoys the social side.

Paul originally started with 'Clubhaus,' The Club Company’s former brand, in 2002 as Purchase Ledger Clerk. After leaving in 2004 to travel the world, he rejoined the rebranded The Club Company in 2006 as Management Accountant, and since 2019 has held the position of Group Financial Controller. He remains extremely proud of The Club Company’s premium product, and highly values and respects the team he works closely with – essential components to be able to stay with a company for such long service! He holds a golf handicap of +18, and his favourite course is Nizels with its amazing Par 316th. His favourite way to keep fit is playing 6-a-side football, which he plans to continue for as long as his knees hold out!

Richard has worked for The Club Company for 24 years after starting his technology career designing systems for leisure operators in the early days of the industry. He has overseen the technological and digital journey of The Club Company, focusing on ease of member engagement and helping team members provide the best experience possible. Richard enjoys playing a round of golf, though family constraints make this purely recreational! Choosing his favourite course is difficult as they all have many challenging features, but having shot a 79 at Chartham Park in the dim and distant past probably gives this West Sussex club the edge!
