With International Women's Day around the corner, we caught up with our golf ambassador, Ladies' European Pro Cara Gainer, to reflect on some of her standout moments from our 2025 partnership and highlights from an exciting season. Cara is a fantastic advocate for women's golf, inspiring the next generation of players along the way, and we are incredibly proud to be continuing our support into 2026.

How do you reflect on the 2025 season?

I’m really pleased with my 2025 season – definitely my most successful one yet. It has flown by, having competed in 21 events across 17 countries around the world. Securing 6th position on the season-long Order of Merit is a great achievement and means I now qualify for the Amundi Évian Championship 2026 and the AIG Women’s British Open 2026. There are so many exciting things to work towards for next year.

What was the highlight of your year?

Definitely getting my first professional win on the Ladies European Tour in Morocco. Sharing the stage with one of the European Tour legends, Miguel, and the King of Morocco while accepting our trophies was a moment I’ll never forget! Another highlight was leading the Amundi Évian Championship into the final round after shooting a -7 in the third round. Those moments are why I love my job and make all the hard work worthwhile.

How have you seen women’s golf change in the past year?

I have seen women’s golf really strengthen, with big partnerships being announced across all Tours. For example, Sky Sports signing exclusive rights to the LET and Solheim Cup until 2030 is great for the athletes to receive prime coverage. The amount of live TV is so important so that people can engage, follow the sport and maybe even take it up themselves.

What did you enjoy most about the events with our members across the collection?

I really enjoyed the masterclasses I put on this year. It’s great to feel that people can walk away from spending time with you feeling inspired about their own golf, or with another set of eyeballs watching women’s golf on TV!

Looking ahead, what are you most looking forward to in 2026 and what goals have you set?

I’m looking forward to a great schedule on the LET next year. Some really exciting new events have been introduced, such as a co-sanctioned LPGA event at Shadow Creek in the US. Having already qualified for two majors, I will be focusing on these and would love to achieve a top 10. My biggest goal will be to win the Order of Merit on the LET.
