New Spaces to Unwind Have Arrived at Lichfield This Summer

A new chapter in the transformation of Lichfield Golf & Country Club is taking shape this summer, with a collection of refreshed spaces now open for members to enjoy.

The latest improvements include a revitalised reception, an elegant glass-fronted pergola and a stylish new lounge and bar, creating a more welcoming and sociable environment throughout the club. Later this year, the transformation will continue with the arrival of a luxurious new spa garden, giving members even more ways to relax and recharge.

The summer developments build on the launch earlier this year of the club’s brand-new Technogym-powered gym and immersive Group Cycle Studio. Together, these enhancements form part of an ongoing programme of investment designed to elevate the member experience both inside and out.

A Warmer Welcome

The transformation begins from the moment members arrive, with the club’s reception given a fresh, contemporary feel. Brighter and more welcoming, the redesigned space creates the perfect first impression, whether members are arriving for a round of golf, a workout or simply to meet friends.

Beyond reception, the new glass-fronted pergola has quickly become a popular destination in its own right. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames sweeping views across the golf course, creating a relaxed setting for everything from a morning coffee to post-round drinks.

Inside the clubhouse, the lounge and bar have also undergone a complete refresh. Contemporary interiors, stylish furnishings and a more relaxed atmosphere have transformed the space into an inviting social hub for members to enjoy throughout the day.

Whether settling in for a meal, catching up over a drink or simply taking some time to unwind, the refreshed lounge has been designed with flexibility and comfort in mind – creating a space that works for every occasion.

Still to Come: A Luxurious Spa Garden

The transformation at Lichfield continues later this year with the introduction of a stunning new spa garden.

Designed as an outdoor retreat for year-round relaxation, the spa garden will feature a salt wall sauna, plunge pool and spa pool, alongside a covered seating area complete with its own fire pit. It will offer members a new way to switch off, recharge and enjoy the outdoors in every season.
