An innovative new group exercise class arrives this week at Nizels, Castle Royle and The Warwickshire in the form of FloatFit. A water-based workout, FloatFit seamlessly combines elements of a low-impact Aqua class with the cardio boost of HIIT and the core stability of a Pilates class.

This exciting new class engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously for a comprehensive, full-body workout, activating core muscles and enhancing strength and stability. Members will need to navigate the floating mat, sharpening balance and coordination skills.

Members will be able to choose from two dynamic class types. FloatFit HIIT combines the principles of HIIT with the challenge of balancing on a floating mat, incorporating squats, mountain climbers and lunges. This is a great option to burn calories, build strength and improve cardiovascular health.

Those seeking a gentler pace can give FloatFit Balance a try. This class blends relaxation and fitness in a low-impact workout designed to improve body imbalances and strengthen core stability. It combines familiar movements inspired by yoga, Pilates, and balance exercises to challenge balance and boost mental wellbeing.

Suitable for all fitness levels, our new FloatFit classes are an effective way to stay active and healthy while mixing up your fitness routine. Classes are available to book now via The Club Company App.
