Today marks the start of The Club Company’s “Let’s Talk Menopause” campaign in aid of Menopause Awareness Month - a month-long programme of inspiring events, expert talks, and supportive workshops dedicated to empowering women at every stage of life – from perimenopause through to post-menopause.
With the support of our ambassador, TV and radio personality Jenni Falconer, we’ll be opening the conversation on menopause with positivity, confidence, and practical advice – all while raising funds for The Menopause Charity.
As a keen golfer who is also passionate about health and fitness, Jenni Falconer is the perfect representative for this important initiative; “As a woman in my 40s, I know how important it is to maintain healthy wellbeing, and even though exercise has always been a priority for me, it is now more than ever.”
The event series features a wide range of activities designed to support women’s wellbeing and open up discussion around menopause, including:
• Fitness sessions to boost energy, strengthen the body, and clear the mind
• Nutrition advice tailored to hormonal health
• Style guidance to help women feel confident and comfortable
• Skincare workshops with sampling opportunities
• Relaxed coffee catch-ups for open conversation and peer support
• Free Kollo Health samples for all attendees
Open to both members and non-members, events can be booked at https://www.theclubcompany.com...
All events are free of charge for members with the option to add a donation to The Menopause Charity, reflecting our commitment to delivering meaningful support and added value to the community. Guests are also welcome to attend with a donation when booking. All ticket profits and event proceeds will be given directly to The Menopause Charity, ensuring more people can access trusted information and support.
Join us this October to help raise awareness, build community, and support women’s wellbeing through every stage of life.
